The American "Train and Equip" program is clearly designed against the Serbian people. It is American tool to enslave the proud Serbs.

PLAVSIC WANTS TO JOIN U.S. MILITARY PROGRAM.
Republika Srpska President Biljana Plavsic told the SRNA [Bosnian Serb] news agency in Banja Luka on 11 November that the Bosnian Serb army (VRS) should join the U.S.-sponsored "Train and Equip" program, provided no preconditions are attached. She warned Bosnian Serb hard-liners that the Republika Srpska cannot isolate itself: "[regional] integration processes have started and whoever rejects them has no sense of reality." Some of the VRS leadership supports Plavsic's view and argues that the army must join "Train and Equip" in order not to fall behind the Muslim and Croatian forces, which participate in the program.

V-O-A'S PAMELA TAYLOR SPOKE WITH THE HEAD OF THE U-S EQUIP-AND-TRAIN PROGRAM FOR BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA AND FILED THIS REPORT.

I HAVE SAID A NUMBER OF TIMES PUBLICLY AND PRIVATELY TO SERB LEADERS THAT... THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT BE EXTENDED WITHOUT FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE KEY PROVISIONS OF THE DAYTON AGREEMENT.

AMONG THOSE PROVISIONS, MR. PARDEW LISTED: ALLOWING REFUGEES TO RETURN TO THEIR HOMES; COMPLETE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT; PROGRESS ON JOINT NATIONAL INSTITUTIONS; AND ENSURING THAT INDICTED WAR CRIMINALS GO TO TRIAL IN THE HAGUE.

American cowboys to the new Indians: "ONLY DEAD SERB IS A GOOD SERB!" So this is the provision given to the Serbs: Hand over people Americans hand-picked (with help of their Muslim friends) and labeled "war criminals." Then we will treat you as friendly as we do Bosnian Islam fundamentalists. But this requirement is impossible to fulfill. First of all the list of so called "war criminals" turns out to be a SECRET list! (If you do not understand this - read Kafka. Some Serbs will learn that they were on the list only when NATO swat teams murder them, cold blood, in front of victim's family.) Here mentioned Republika Srpska President Ms. Biljana Plavsic, for example, was useful to NATO occupier as she bent backwards, at the time, in trying to please the Americans. Once she was not useful any more - she was herself put on the list too. (Or maybe she was on the list before?) Anyhow, at age 72 Ms. Plavsic was sentenced to eleven years long jail time in NATO's dungeon. Practically her sentence was - life in prison. Every single Bosnian Serb politician of prominence, every Bosnian Serb high ranking military person was declared a "war criminal." Every single one! The message to the Serbs, and the world is simple: After 1,400 years of Serb existence in Bosnia -- as the largest ethnic group there - the Christian Serbs do not have a right to exist there any more. In American history this method was used on American Indians. It is the infamous PAX AMERICANA; American way to bring peace - through all out GENOCIDE! The message is: In Bosnia - only dead Serbs is a good Serb. Should the Serbs ever forget or forgive this message. LEARN MORE

IN HER INTERVIEW WITH THE BOSNIAN-SERB NEWS AGENCY, PRESIDENT PLAVSIC ALSO SAID THE BOSNIAN SERB REPUBLIC SHOULD SEEK ITS PLACE IN REGIONAL AND GLOBAL INTEGRATION. SHE CRITICIZED THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY FOR -- IN HER WORDS -- DISTORTING THE DAYTON PEACE ACCORD. AND SHE CALLED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE BOSNIAN SERB REPUBLIC. ASKED IF THERE MIGHT BE A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT JUST HOW MUCH SOVEREIGNTY THE DAYTON ACCORDS GIVE THE SERBS, MR. PARDEW REPEATED THE OFFICIAL U-S POSITION:

THE U-S VISION FOR BOSNIA IS THAT OF A SINGLE, UNIFIED AND MULTI-CULTURAL STATE. IT'S NATURAL FOR A SINGLE NATION TO HAVE AN INTEGRATED ARMED FORCE, NOT JUST AN ARMY FOR EVERY GROUP. SO WE SEE IN THE FUTURE AS BOSNIA TAKES ON A MORE NORMAL FORM THAT WE WOULD BE WILLING TO HELP BOSNIA AS A NATION DEVELOP A NORMAL MILITARY STRUCTURE.

THERE HAS BEEN CONSIDERABLE OPPOSITION TO THE U-S EQUIP-AND-TRAIN PROGRAM FROM RUSSIA AND EUROPEAN NATIONS WHO SEE TOTAL DISARMAMENT ON ALL SIDES AS A BETTER SOLUTION FOR THE BALKANS. MR. PARDEW AGREED THAT THE PROGRAM'S MAIN SUPPORTERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES HAVE BEEN MUSLIM COUNTRIES, SOMETHING THE SERBS VIEW WITH INCREASING ALARM. BUT HE REMINDED THAT THE SERBS STILL HAVE THE SUPPORT OF THE NEIGHBORING FEDERAL YUGOSLAV ARMY:

THE REASONING THE UNITED STATES IS LEADING THIS PROGRAM IS BECAUSE THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT IMBALANCE IN THE MILITARY CONDITION IN BOSNIA THAT LED TO THE WAR. ONE SIDE, THE SERBS, HAD A VERY POWERFUL PATRON IN THE F-R-Y (FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA) THAT PROVIDED THEM WITH THE RESOURCES THEY NEEDED TO PROSECUTE A VERY DESTRUCTIVE CONFLICT.

HOWEVER, MR. PARDEW SAYS THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT BELIEVE YUGOSLAVIA WILL AGAIN INTERFERE IN THE AFFAIRS OF ANOTHER STATE. NOR, HE SAYS IS THE EQUIP-AND-TRAIN PROGRAM THREATENING OTHER COUNTRIES. (SIGNED)

To make the threat more tangible the Americans have hired a "private" US firm MPRI, stuffed with retired US military, to train Croats and Muslims. MPRI is the firm that trained new Croat Nazis to cleanse the Serbs of Krajina.
