A chapter from future book: Wrong twins kidnapped!By Petar Makara False witnesses, fictional criminals, wrong identity,
|
"The [NATO/"SFOR"] troops had been HUNTING 29-year-old twins Predag and Nenad Banovic.... [Instead, the arrested people] are two brothers, they are even twins, but they have another family name and other Christian names." |
The Daily Telegraph (July 24, 1998) admits that there were couple of cases of wrong identity. Quote:
A man with the same name as an alleged Bosnian Serb war
criminal was arrested in Germany. He claimed damages from
the United Nations but his request was rejected. |
It is only human to make mistakes, but are these mistakes?
This text is too short to attempt to list all the shocking injustices, or more accurately said - CRIMES - the Hague Tribunal have committed on the occupied Serb population of Bosnia. We can only show few examples to illustrate not "the mistakes" - because such "mistakes" are so many, but the SYSTEM of the Western oppression where the Tribunal is only one of the most important tools.
Back to snatching wrong twins "mistake":
BBC Worldwide Monitoring, July 26, 1998, Report by Pale-based Bosnian Serb Radio "St. John" on 25th July (quote):
The Vuckovic twins, merchants from the village of Podvidaca near Sanski Most, were mistakenly arrested by SFOR on 22nd July in Prijedor and handed over to the Hague tribunal, only to be returned to the Bosnian Serb Republic on 24th July. According to them, they were stopped near the Lotos cafe on the river Sana by 12 members of SFOR's Czech battalion, who jumped out of a car, struck them to the ground and handcuffed them. Miroslav Vuckovic was kicked in the back, but Milan was not that lucky - he received several blows with a rifle butt to the head and shoulder, and was additionally beaten while on the ground. SFOR members bundled them into a military vehicle, pulled hoods over their heads and drove them off in an unknown direction... In the vehicle they took our hoods off and gave us a document to read and then sign, confirming that we had committed war crimes. I told them that I had not committed any war crimes, to which they grabbed me by the hair and beat me. Vuckovic said that the drive ended near a tent in what they believe was SFOR's base in Ramici near Banja Luka. There they were forced to sign a paper confirming that they were the Banovic brothers, after which they were driven to Tuzla and then flown to The Hague. The Vuckovic brothers confirmed that SFOR members threatened to beat them if they did not sign the submitted document, and that they did so under duress and against their will. When they demanded documents that would confirm their identity, members of the multinational forces told the Vuckovic brothers that forged documents abounded in Bosnia-Hercegovina, and that the truth could only be proven in The Hague. According to the testimony of the Vuckovic brothers, before boarding the plane destined for The Hague, they were dressed in SFOR uniforms with hoods worn under their helmets. In The Hague they were... offered food, drink, cigarettes and other essential items. When we arrived in The Hague, a man came to question us and tried to induce us to admit that we were the Banovic brothers. I told him that I could lie to him but not to myself, and then told him my real details, Miroslav said. The Hague tribunal representative told the Vuckovic brothers that he would intervene to ensure the arrival of documents from Sanski Most to The Hague, which would confirm their identity. The judge said that at 1200 1100 gmt. Our documents arrived at The Hague at 1400, including our ID cards. At 2000 they let us go, saying we were not the suspected war criminals, Miroslav said and added that thereupon they were taken to the airport, from which they left for [Muslim controlled] Tuzla at 2200. Members of the multinational forces with interpreters were awaiting them in Tuzla and offered the free health care and employment with SFOR for two years. However, the Vuckovic brothers said, they were not offered compensation for the trauma and fear incurred. It was suggested to us that we should not talk to journalists and say nothing about this incident, the Vuckovic brothers said and added that members of the multinational forces in Tuzla refused to give them proof of their stay in The Hague. |
Of course the full name for the above mentioned "multinational forces" is: NATO multinational force. Let us not be fooled by nice label to the old thugs.
But, there are a few new members to the old club of the colonial pillagers of the Planet Earth. Czechs for example. Czech people never had chance in their history to be a colonial power. They did not have a chance to go to far away places - like all original nations of the NATO club did - and do what all self-respected, self-proclaimed high-cultured guardians of high moral values did: oppress, pillage, do mass-rape and mass murder of some worthless aborigines. Czechs are still to prove themselves to be worthy members of the NATO snake pit.
Judging by persuasion methods the Czech troops used against these two Serb brothers the Czech Republic did pass the exam. It does qualify for NATO's Orwellian "Partnership for Peace."
The Czech Republic is NWO-mature.
Here is more proof of their good work. The quote is from BBC Service, July 24, 1998:
When Miroslav and Milan Vuckovic returned to their home town of Prijedor they visited the local hospital, where numerous bruises and bloody haematomas were found on the faces and bodies of both brothers. |
A few more details are given in a sport (!) section of AP report on July 24, 1998:
Miroslav and Milan Vucicevic have said they will bring charges. The brothers were not at their home in Prijedor on Friday. A relative said they were inaccessible, recovering in a local hospital. A doctor at the hospital said both had suffered "psychological stress and... physical injuries ... indicating they had sustained blows or been kicked." |
The two brothers got no remedy for their suffering. Remember: the Hague tribunal is not about justice.
But do you know who was guilty for this all?
Guess.
Of course - the Serbs!
Agence France Presse, July 24, 1998. Quote:
The chief prosecutor at the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Louise Arbour... put the blame firmly at the door of Republika Srpska... The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) was forced into an embarrassing climbdown [and]... had arrested the wrong men... [The Serbs should] cooperate with the ICTY and arrest indicted suspects [themselves]... This situation had created identification problems for NATO-led troops, who have a mandate to arrest indicted war crimes suspects, and SFOR may arrest other non-indicted persons, Arbour said... Arbour thanked the British troops for their cooperation and said she hoped the incident would not deter them from making further arrests. |
And you think - now I've seen it all?
Here is how one more, in the countless list of The Hague (NATO) appalling scandals happened:
A Serbian journalist tells, in secrecy, to his Western colleague, already famous by his lust for the Serbian blood and bashing - that he knows the Serb who did most of the rapes in Bosnia. It is some-one called Gruban Malic.
We all know how Western media is independent observer, never tied to the Western power structures. It is democracy...
In no time Gruban Malic's name gets to be on the list of Serbian war criminals. The "International" so called "Tribunal" accuses him (in point 25.1) that he has:
...repeatedly forced "F" [another anonimous accuser, like witness "L"] from the room where she was sleeping, took her to another room on the first floor... in the Omarska camp and subjected her to forcible sexual intercourse. |
These sex hungry Serbs!
Thus (point 25.2) Mr. Gruban has done:
...a grave breach recognised by Article 2(c) of the Statute of the Tribunal. |
And (point 25.3):
...a violation of the laws or customs of war recognised by Article 3 of the Statute of the Tribunal and Article 3(1)(a) of the Geneva Conventions. |
Do you like this highly eloquent legal jargon? Let us translate: You would say: the ugly Serb mass-raped "F." This is, of course, point 25.4.:
Gruban raped "F", a crime against humanity recognised by Article 5(g) of the Statute of the Tribunal. |
Obviously accuser "F" is ready to testify but there is a small problem. Boston Globe (March 10, 1996) complains:
Perhaps most absurd of all is the description of one war criminal named Gruban. "Date of birth: unknown. Nationality: unknown. Description: unknown. Address: unknown." No last name. Just Gruban. "Are we supposed to walk around yelling, ' Gruban! ' and if someone turns around, arrest him?," carped an officer at the US base in Tuzla. |
Yes, there is a small problem with Gruban. He is a Serbs, that's OK. He should be hunted. If you are a Serb in NATO occupied lands, of course - you are guilty and should be hunted. That's OK...
Gruban has mass-raped one woman. He is a war criminal. The mass "F"-ed is ready to testify. How brave she decided to come out...
But... The problem with Gruban Malic is that he DOES NOT EXIST. The rotten Serbian journalist have given a name of a fictional character from, for Yugoslavs a relatively well known humor book about WWII.
Bad luck. Truly. In one case you have a witness "L" who is not a witness. In the other case you have a raped person "F", who was F... completely out of rules of war and in breech of humanity - but the accused does not exist.
No luck. But no shame.
Gruban's name simply gets off (the public) list. And, to make a good cover-up, 13 other Serbs get off the list at the same time. One of the free men is also one Nikica Jantic, a Serb who have died few years before he got to be honored by being on the list.
Now you think this is funny. I remind you - it is not.
To study the criminal, truly criminal court of the Hague is to laugh, to cry and again until you puke.
